Cruising time will not be adjusted for any late shows and no compensation will be given.

Rest assured that all our tours come complete with everything you need for a fantastic experience. Each tour includes a licensed captain who will ensure your safety and comfort throughout the journey. We provide the fuel, lifejackets, floating chairs, and noodles to enhance your enjoyment on the water. Additionally, we offer convenient pick-up and drop-off services at a designated dock location for your convenience. To keep you refreshed and hydrated, we also provide a cooler stocked with ice and bottled water. Furthermore, we offer some food and beverage options to elevate your experience. To ensure your convenience, we will recommend the nearest pick-up location for your accommodations. Whether it's one of the specified dock locations, your personal dock, or a hotel/resort with water access, we are flexible and can accommodate your needs. To secure your spot on our highly sought-after tours, we kindly request a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit ensures that your reservation is confirmed and guarantees your spot on the cruise. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the scheduled cruise date.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. If you need to cancel your reservation, we offer a full refund for cancellations made no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled cruise. Unfortunately, any cancellations made after this timeframe, regardless of the circumstances, are non-refundable.

Upon booking your tour, you can expect to receive a confirmation email and a text message. These communications will contain all the necessary details regarding your reservation, including the booking information and a receipt confirming your deposit payment. Please note that the following items are not allowed on the boat: alcohol, cigarettes, and any food condiments or drinks that could potentially stain the upholstery. Examples of such items include mustard, blueberries, cranberry juice, salsa, hot sauce, and similar substances.

If your scheduled cruise is canceled or cut short due to inclement weather, we understand the disappointment this may cause. However, we are pleased to offer a raincheck option, allowing you to rebook your cruise for a later time or another available day, depending on our availability. We want to ensure that you have the opportunity to experience the cruise you had originally planned, under safer weather conditions.
